THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO IS SOLICITING PROPOSALS TO LEASE RETAIL SPACE IN LA VILLITA HISTORIC ARTS VILLAGE, BUILDING 4 and 14B
The City of San Antonio is seeking proposals from qualified respondents interested in operating a retail establishment in the La Villita Historic Arts Village at 418 Villita Street, Buildings 4 and 14B, San Antonio, Texas. The primary use of the leased premises shall be for the promotion of arts, crafts, or related skills through retail sales of handmade items, manufacturing, and demonstrations as well as displays of work by artists and/or craftsmen.

Ride Details: Visits to locations including SA River art, Brackenridge Park, Tea Gardens, UIW Skybridge, River Road Community Garden, and Park Community Gardens.
