Public Art San Antonio Staff

Public Art San Antonio Director
Jimmy LeFlore, PASA Director / (210) 207-4433.  
Jimmy is responsible for executing the policies and directives of the City Council, Mayor, City Manager, Public Art Board, and supervising the work of Public Art San Antonio (PASA), the municipal public art program. He oversees the administration, planning, development, project delivery and program support of PASA.  Jimmy also staffs the Public Art Board and works with City departments, partners, and outside clients for the implementation, review process, and oversight of public art projects throughout San Antonio. 


Project Delivery Services

Henry Estrada, Senior PASA Manager / (210) 207-8021.  Henry is responsible for overseeing and supervising all aspects of public art project delivery, including management of design, fabrication and installation phases for capital improvement projects and other public artworks.  Additionally, Henry develops and oversees both temporary art programs and PASA art conservation and maintenance programs.


Claudia Zarazua-Urquidi, Architect Assistant / (210) 207-1434.  Claudia is responsible for delivering professional public art projects, including coordination with selected artists and consultants on project design, fabrication and installation phases. She provides project  presentations, documentation, scheduling, correspondence, as well as plan reviews and general project management.


Tommy Gregory, Public Art Specialist / (210) 207-1435.  
Tommy is responsible for delivering special programming initiatives and facilitates exhibition projects, including the planning of temporary art installations and a rotation of artworks throughout various city facilities.  Tommy is also responsible for developing and sustaining a community relations plan for PASA projects, supporting press, project research, outreach and education initiatives, and support for overall program responsibilities, goals and objectives.


Program Support Services


Tamara Langwell, Senior PASA Manager / (210) 207-5951.  
Tamara is responsible for overseeing and supervising all aspects of public art program support, including management of the technical aspects of art administration, documentation, Artist Registry and Art Inventory Database coordination. Tamara coordinates staff support for the Public Art Board, as well as developing Calls for Artists, the PASA website, and artist opportunities notices.


Lauren Faske, Public Art Specialist / (210) 207-1436.  Lauren is responsible for supporting the program operations and services of PASA and the Public Art Board, including conducting research and records.  Lauren facilitates Call for Artist solicitations, ensures compliance with city policies and procedures, archives COSA inventory, and coordinates program website and print publications, thusly supporting overall PASA program responsibilities, goals and objectives.
